HR Specialist | Marketing Agency

We are looking for 1 HR Specialist to be integrated into our Social Marketing Agency team, who will be responsible for managing the entire sales recruitment process (Appointment Setter and Sales Closer): from search to selection, from training to field coaching to performance monitoring.

He/she will also be responsible for managing employee relations and internal communication, as well as staff training.

Tasks:
1. Publish advertisements, select candidates and arrange in-depth interviews
2. Welcoming, supporting and guiding new freelancers in their assigned role
3. Coordinate orientation, refresher and training sessions
4. Monitor operations, results and news on a daily basis
5. Submit a detailed report with all activities carried out by the team
6. Develop and implement effective strategies to identify top talent

Requirements:
- Several years' experience in the role
- Immediate full-time availability (30+ hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Proactivity, autonomy and empathy
- Knowledge of Slack, Trello, Asana and Google Drive Package
- Adherence to deadlines, objectives and guidelines
- Excellent knowledge of English (Native) both written and spoken
- Positive mindset with long-term vision
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
