We are a Foundation looking for a Human Resource Manager to help us with our hires worldwide. Our Foundation will provide legal and medical assistance to the population and help mitigate Covid consequences; In such a way that the people can return to Normal Life. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Recruiter to start as a freelancer with ample opportunity to evolve into an HR Manager role.
Qualifications
Professional experienced in recruiting and can lead an entire recruiting process from end to end. High integrity and a strong work ethic, organized, and self-motivated.
• Minimum of 2 years of human resource and recruiting experience.
• Compulsory knowledge of spoken English
• Desirable: knowledge of Spanish
• Experience working with a globally distributed team
Key Responsibilities
• Sources, screens, and provides shortlists of qualified candidates for various divisions of Foundation
• Meet with foundation team to have a full-scale understanding of the open positions
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates with the utmost professionalism and respect
• Fulfill the entire recruiting process from end to end and hire the personal required
• Gather and provide feedback to the foundation team on how we could improve
Compensation
• Pay will depend on tasks fulfilled 100%
