Source Entry-Level Site Supervisors
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need support finding and onboarding full-time, entry-level site supervisors for my company. Your role will cover the entire recruitment cycle: writing an appealing job post, advertising it on relevant boards, short-listing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling final interviews with me. Once we select the right people, you will also handle reference checks and help prepare offer letters so they can start without delay.
Please be comfortable working with common hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, local job portals) and tracking everything in a simple spreadsheet or ATS of your choice. I will provide the final job description, salary details, and any company information you need as soon as we begin.
Deliverables:
• A vetted short-list of at least five entry-level site-supervisor candidates ready for final interview
• Interview notes and reference-check summaries for each candidate
• Draft offer letters for the chosen hires
Success is measured by placing one or more candidates who accept the offer and start on the agreed date. I’m ready to move quickly and will respond promptly to your questions or candidate updates.
