Solar Sales Team VA Needed

I'm in need of an experienced virtual assistant to help me in the recruitment, training, and management of a solar sales team. The ideal candidate should have:
- Impeccable English
- Proven experience in sales management
- Proficiency in Salesforce
The team is expected to include more than 10 members. You'll be expected to implement effective sales strategies, manage team performance, and oversee the training process.
They must work Monday thru Thursdays (At least 30hrs/ week).The freelancer will be paid hourly. Once they hit certain goals they will get bonuses.
