o Fluent in English (written and spoken)
o Ability to work in the PST time zone
o Remote-ready (candidates based in South America are preferred)
o Professional, creative, and results-driven mindset

o $5 — Pass Recruiter Screening
o $10 — Pass HR Interview
o $20–$100/hour — Technical Interview (rate depends on country)
o $50 + performance bonus — Pass Final Interview
