Skilled HR Agent for Employment Agency
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Looking to hire a Human Resources agent to represent our employment agency! The perfect candidate should be able to post job descriptions, shortlist candidates, organize payroll scheduling and navigate how they can improve the startups current growing plan. From interviewing candidates on behalf of the owner and employer, to supporting the Employer's ability to get the updates on the interview as well as supporting the worker in their staffing, on boarding journey, building the hiring documents and much more. While the HR position had originally been an inhouse position; the loss of a lot of positions within the tech company impacted the ability to see the HR as an inhouse position given the need for ownership to pick up all the portfolio crashes that occured when the company lost over 80% of its agents. With changes to the structure in limiting the liability of HR as now being its own agency, there becomes a better focus in looking at Hr as both a cost recovery as well as the potential for it to generate revenue for the owner. From being able to look for job opportunities locally for the company, negotiating opportunities that sees employers looking to look our agency for staffing, there's a blank canvas opportunity that's not only holding interviews on behalf of the owner. The name of the startup is ISEWA while the current focus are Soccer staffing, technology, Construction as well as events; as a development company, there could be opportunities to grow, but for now these are the areas of which we're looking to bolster as we work to prioritize what we're able to bring to market within the cost benefit day to day demands.
