On-Site Personnel Verification Mosquera
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I need reliable, in-person assistance at the Therapeutic Support Centre located at Calle 10 A #3-20, Barrio El Carmen, Mosquera (Cundinamarca). The goal is to complete a personnel verification by having the centre’s Administration, Human Resources and Therapists/Medical staff each fill out a short set of forms that I will supply in advance.
You will visit the facility during its normal business hours, introduce yourself with the authorization letter I provide, and work cooperatively with the designated contacts to gather the required signatures and stamps. Clear, respectful communication in Spanish is essential so the process feels smooth for the staff involved.
Deliverables
• Scanned or high-resolution photos of every form, fully completed and signed/stamped
• A brief visit report confirming the names and positions of the people who signed, plus the date and time of your visit
• Two exterior photos of the building for reference
Completion is expected within three business days of acceptance. Let me know your earliest availability so we can coordinate the paperwork and authorization letter.
