Setting up for Documentation for a internal system

I am looking for someone to help me set up documentation for our internal Inventory Management system. We currently do not have any existing documentation, so the ideal candidate would be able to start from scratch and create a comprehensive guide for our team to follow.
Skills and experience needed:

- Strong understanding of how to create effective documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
