Set Up 7shifts Payroll System

I’m rolling out 7shifts at my company and need a payroll specialist who already knows the platform inside-out to get the entire system configured correctly from day one. The engagement is focused solely on the initial setup; once everything is running smoothly my in-house team will handle routine processing.
Here’s exactly what I need you to complete:
• Employee import & setup – bring in all existing full-time and part-time staff, map their roles, wages, accrual balances, and any custom fields so they appear accurately in 7shifts.
• Payroll schedule configuration – build our bi-weekly pay calendar, align cut-off dates with our current time-tracking rules, and confirm hours flow seamlessly from scheduling to payroll.
• Tax and compliance setup – enter federal, state, and local tax details, verify SUI rates, and enable automatic filings/remittances where 7shifts supports them.
Acceptance criteria: every employee shows the correct pay rate and tax profile, test runs calculate gross-to-net without errors, and the first scheduled pay period is ready to post without manual edits.
