Senior FMCG HR Advisor Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a rapidly expanding FMCG and franchise group and require an accomplished HR advisor to work with me on a part-time, retainer basis. With growth comes complexity; I need someone who has already sat at the leadership table for 20-plus years and can immediately add strategic weight to our people agenda.
Your mandate is to shape a scalable HR framework that keeps pace with our multi-brand retail footprint. That means assessing current policies, spotlighting gaps, and guiding me toward world-class practices in talent planning, performance, compliance, and culture. Although the role is advisory, I value hands-on insight: you should be comfortable reviewing metrics, stress-testing processes, and road-mapping improvements that translate into measurable savings or productivity gains.
Engagement is flexible—fully remote is fine, and I am open to a hybrid rhythm should you prefer occasional on-site sessions. Expect direct access to the executive team, quick decision cycles, and the chance to influence how we grow across India and beyond.
