U.S. Sales Recruitment Specialist

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR recruiter based in the United States to help us find commission-based sales representatives for our company, Sentire Customs Broker. The goal is to build a network of salespeople to promote our logistics and customs brokerage services across the U.S.
Requirements:
• Proven experience recruiting sales or business development professionals.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to post job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified profiles.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other U.S. job platforms is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
• Publish and manage job ads on relevant U.S. platforms.
• Identify, evaluate, and interview potential sales candidates.
• Provide weekly updates with shortlists and progress reports.
