Job Title: Recruiter Needed to Prepare Job Offers and Source Hospitality Workers for Romania

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter or recruitment agency to assist in preparing official job offers and sourcing qualified candidates for various hospitality positions in Romania.

Responsibilities:

Prepare professional job offers and employment contracts for selected candidates

Source and pre-screen candidates for the following roles:

Server / Waitress

Host / Hostess

Bartender

Barista

Cook / Prep Cook

Housekeeper / Cleaner

Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Laundry Worker

Hairdresser / Stylist

Coordinate documentation required for visa and work permit processing

Maintain communication with candidates and assist throughout onboarding process

Requirements:

Proven experience in international recruitment (hospitality sector preferred)

Knowledge of EU/Romanian employment laws and work permit processes is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Location: Remote
Contract Type: Freelance
Duration: Project-based, with possibility of long-term collaboration
