Looking for Reverse Recruiting Specialist (Job Applications on My Behalf)
I am seeking a reliable and experienced professional in reverse recruiting to assist me with my job search. The role involves:
• Applying to at least 15 jobs on my behalf with a tailored resume for each application.
• Ensuring the resume is ATS-optimized and aligned with the job description.
• Following up on applications and, if hiring manager details are available, reaching out directly via email.
• Maintaining a clear track record of all jobs applied (with details like job title, company name, date, and follow-up status).
Payment Structure:
• 500 INR per 15 job applications.
• First payment will be released after 30 applications are completed.
• Performance incentives:
• +250 INR for each interview call received.
• +250 INR if the call progresses to the second round.
• 10,000 INR bonus if a job offer is secured.
