IT Resume Compilation for USA Based Employees -- 2
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are inviting proposals from vendors for a one-time bulk project to deliver 800,000 verified IT resumes from the United States (USA).
*Total Budget: USD 2,500
*Assignment: Will be awarded to only one vendor (but you may Breakdown your delivery into smaller Part).
Scope & Requirements
1. Candidate Criteria
* Only IT professionals (resumes strictly matching the domains and job titles listed below).
* Candidates must be based in the USA.
* Valid +1 (USA) phone number is mandatory (no other country codes will be accepted).
* Only active, working contact details will be accepted.
* Diversity is encouraged (native and non-native USA-based professionals).
2. Data Collection Rules
* Resumes must be sourced directly from candidates’ resumes/CVs.
* Not allowed: LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, Swordfish, ZoomInfo, or other data-scraping tools.
* Only real and original resumes will be counted.
* No fabricated, duplicate, or outdated data will be accepted.
3. Data Format Required
* Deliverables must include:
* Original Resume (any standard format: PDF, Word, etc.)
* Excel Sheet with mandatory fields:
1. IT Employee Full Name
2. Personal Mobile Number (must be valid, USA-based, hiring-ready)
3. Personal Email ID (must match candidate, no generic emails)
4. Job Title
5. Country
Accepted Domains & Job Titles
Only resumes from the following 7 IT domains and specific roles will be accepted:

Resumes from the following areas will be rejected and not counted towards delivery:
* Web Development
* Programming / Coding Roles (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
* Full Stack Developers
* Mobile App Developers
* Software Engineers
Quality Control Guidelines
* Each phone number and email ID must be active, verified, and unique.
* Resume + Excel entry must match exactly (no mismatched contact details).
* Duplicate resumes will not be accepted.
* If a phone number is invalid, that resume will not be counted.
Validation Process
* Vendors must provide a small sample set (at least 20 resumes + Excel entries) before milestone approval.
* Sample will be quality checked for:
* Accuracy of phone numbers & emails
* Relevance of job titles & domains
* USA-based candidate validation
* Only after approval of the sample will the full project milestone be confirmed.
