Require HR to handle hiring of our company
Budget: $200 – $350 USD
I am consultant to engine oil company. We regularly require employees in our company. I am looking for HR who can handle hiring. Duties will include
1)Fetching interesting candidates from naukri.com , linkedin etc
2) Understanding positions available - like grease manager, cash collection agent etc
3) Contacting these candidates on phone
4) We want to hire Indians only. So, if you know hindi and English thats a plus.
5) I want strong communication skills. Because we want to hire from India and send them to Uganda .
6) We will double their salary. Lets say someone is getting 25k here, we will offer them 40k to 50k in uganda.
This is going to be per month project. So, once hired, we will like you to work with us for years to come.
Compensation - 20k to 25k per month (part time)
Timings - 12 hours per week
