I'm looking for an experienced interviewer who can conduct remote interviews for hiring new employees for my company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct less than 10 interviews per week
- Interview mid-level candidates
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in conducting mid-level interviews
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Experience in the recruitment and selection process is a plus.
