Remote Finance Executive Recruiter

I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can run our executive searches entirely from home. The focus is squarely on executive recruitment, and all of the roles you’ll fill sit within the finance sector, so an existing network and clear understanding of financial-industry leadership profiles are essential.
You will own the full hiring cycle—from crafting role briefs through sourcing and screening to coordinating final interviews—while working the hours that suit you best. Communication is fully online, and I’ll be available for quick syncs as needed, but I expect you to operate independently and keep the process moving.
Deliverables
• A curated shortlist of qualified finance executives for each open role
• Weekly pipeline update with status, next steps, and any roadblocks
• Smooth hand-off of final candidate details for our internal offer process
