HR Recruitment and Placement Software
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am urgently looking for an HR Recruitment and Placement Software. We have already sent a job advertisement for a small firm and the number of applicants was overwhelming.
Hence, to decrease these tedious efforts we would like an HRM software that will enable us to:
1. Register all applicants (applications were sent through Post Office and in hard copies).
2. Write an acknowledgment letter to each applicant.
3. Do pre-selections to see if all requirements like references and school certificates are in place.
4. Then do candidate profiling (skills, work experiences, character, etc…)
5. Conduct interviews using questionnaires to rate the interviewee.
6. Work out the total weighted average ranking of the 3 most desired candidates for the management to select one of them.
If you have a system that can solve our problem then please kindly show me a demo.
I want to see demos of such a system already available for me to procure and implement right away. No time to develop software.
