Role of Freelance Recruitment consultant
The recruiter is responsible to identify talents who are a right fit for the role. (Laptop service provider/Computer technician)
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates
Requirement
Excellent communication skills
Should have a geographical understanding of the US market
Should be an US citizen
Result oriented candidate
Should have an understanding of Excel/G-sheets
