Recruitment, Lead Generation, Sourcing & Lead Generation UK candidates -- 4

Hi

I am looking for a Female recruiter for UK Candiates who is good expert in sourcing international candidates from Linkedin, Facebook, CV evaluation, Screening and Shortlisting.

Pls note that this would be a long term role and I need a candidate for 6-8 hours everyday fully dedicated.
Job responsibilities:

Sourcing potential candidates through various Portals.
Finding candidates on Linked in & Facebook
Screening, Analysis and shortlisting CVs based on Location, Experience, sponsorship and Qualification.
Communication with Clients for open positions on phone & email
Communication with candidates through phone or by email.
Daily sharing the progress report & maintain the excel sheet on daily basis.
Identify hiring needs of client & make job descriptions according to that.
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Networking and relationship building with potential candidates.
