Recruitment HR Assistant Needed

I'm in search of an HR assistant, with a primary focus on recruitment tasks. Here's what the role would encompass:
- Remote work for India based Freelancer.
- Hire entry level Hospitality staff like Chefs, F&B Guest Relations executives etc through partnership with Hotel Management schools and their placement cells across Karnataka India as well as Skill India Hospitality Diplomas
- Also screen through various blue collor hiring sites to speak to potential staff.
I anticipate needing assistance with 5-10 recruitment positions per month.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment. Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for detail are crucial, as you will be managing high volumes of applications. Strong communication skills are also a must, as you will be responsible for representing the company to potential candidates.
