I need a seasoned HR recruiter with at least five years’ end-to-end talent-acquisition experience to fill several industrial sales positions for my engineering firm. The assignment is very specific: locate BE Mechanical graduates who already have a minimum of two years of industrial sales experience and who are currently based in Gujarat.
Your core function will be recruitment and staffing, focused entirely on sales roles. You’ll own the full cycle—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing—using whatever mix of LinkedIn, Naukri, regional networks, or your own ATS you prefer, so long as every candidate meets all three must-have criteria: BE Mechanical, two-plus years selling into industry, and Gujarat location.
