1. Placing as many job advertisements as possible from our company's portfolio on various platforms and channels.
2. Collecting and initially screening resumes from interested job seekers and sending the shortlisted resumes to us.
When applications arrive, review them promptly, discard obvious mismatches, and send me a concise shortlist—only profiles meeting the experience threshold and role requirements. Consistency and accuracy are critical; if a shortlist contains no suitable matches, we will revisit the quality standard before the next task.
I’m open to paying per completed task or on a monthly basis once we find a rhythm.
