StrongBody is expanding its Digital Profile Shop ecosystem across Asia and I need seasoned HR recruiters who can open doors to high-calibre human resources professionals. Your task is to tap into your existing contacts, introduce them to the platform, and guide them through a smooth onboarding so they can begin offering their expertise to our international client base.
What you’ll actually do
• Identify and reach out to outstanding HR specialists within your Asian network
• Explain the benefits of joining StrongBody—global exposure, AI-powered voice translation for seamless cross-border work, and the ability to earn more as independent experts
• Walk each new expert through profile creation, service listing, and first-project launch (our tech team is on standby for any platform issues)
• Monitor early activity and gather feedback so we continually improve the onboarding flow
How success is judged
Quality comes first. I’ll look at the competence, experience, and client-readiness of the experts you bring in rather than pure volume. High-quality profiles that meet client needs will count as a win.
