Recruiter needed for hiring sales agents through job boards, social media, etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in recruiting sales agents
- Strong understanding of job boards and how to effectively utilize them for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates
- Ability to manage and organize recruitment process for multiple agents
- Proactive and self-motivated to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
Must be in the United States.
Pay is a flat rate at the time of agent comes onboard then (% of their commission / monthly)
