HR Recruiter for Digital Marketers

I need an experienced HR professional to take over the early-stage recruiting process for marketing specialists—specifically digital marketers with proven social media management expertise.
What I expect from you:
• Draft or refine the job description so it appeals to social-savvy talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, relevant groups, and any other channels you trust.
• Review résumés and portfolios, focusing on hands-on social media management results.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to measure culture fit, communication skills, and platform knowledge (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Present a concise shortlist with your interview notes, key metrics, and your hire/no-hire recommendation for each candidate.
I’ll handle the final interviews and offer stage once your shortlist is approved. Let’s discuss your typical timeline and any tools you prefer for tracking candidates (ATS, spreadsheets, Trello, etc.) so we can get started right away.
