Project Description:
We are looking for an HR recruiter based in China with experience hiring commission-based sales representatives. The goal is to find local salespeople to promote our logistics and import/export services under Sentire Customs Broker.
Requirements:
• Proven experience recruiting sales or business development profiles.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Ability to post ads, filter candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified profiles.
• Knowledge of WeChat groups, 51Job, BOSS Zhipin, or local job platforms is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Post and manage job ads on Chinese recruitment platforms.
• Identify and evaluate potential sales candidates.
• Report weekly with candidate lists and interview outcomes.
