I am in need of a seasoned freelance recruiter who can assist in sourcing, screening and hiring exceptional candidates. This role encompasses managing the entire interview process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting preliminary screenings and coordinating interviews
- Collaborating closely with our team to understand hiring requirements
- Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates

- Extensive experience in recruitment, whether within an agency or in-house
- Proficient in utilizing sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn and job boards
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Self-sufficient, adaptable, and quick to respond to changing needs
- Previous experience in hiring within a specific industry or for particular role types is advantageous
