Project Title: HR Recruiter
As our business grows, we are looking for a freelancer to assist with our recruitment process. We are currently hiring for 4 vacancies and need help shortlisting candidates to find the best fit for each role.

Project Description:
We are seeking a freelancer to help us review applications on the Indeed platform and assist in identifying the most suitable candidates for our open positions. We use Indeed for job postings and applicant tracking, and we need someone who can effectively assess applicants, shortlist those who meet our specific requirements, and help streamline our hiring process.

Platform Used: Indeed
1.Vacancies: 4 open positions
-AML / Compliance Officer
-Project Manager / Project Owner
-Manager Corporate Secretarial / Company Formation
-IT Administrator / IT Manager
2.Tools: The freelancer will work primarily with the Indeed platform to review applicants, shortlist candidates, and help identify those who meet our qualifications.

Requirements:
The freelancer should have experience in reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and providing a shortlist of candidates who match our needs. They should be familiar with recruiting processes and be able to communicate effectively with potential candidates. Additionally, having experience or familiarity with AI tools for recruitment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Review applicants on the Indeed platform.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Provide a final shortlist of the best candidates for each position.
Communicate with candidates to confirm their interest and suitability (under discussion)
