Recruit Two Key Ecommerce Staff
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 INR
My immediate goal is to fill two frontline positions for a growing ecommerce operation and I need an experienced freelance HR recruiter to take the hire from brief to signed contract.
Role 1 – Ground-floor packing & picking staff (Location: Bangalore)
The person you source must already be comfortable in a warehouse or logistics setting, able to lift and shift heavier parcels throughout the day, and have at least a basic grasp of how online orders flow through an ecommerce system.
Role 2 – Part-time ecommerce manager (Location: Remote/Work From Home)
I’m after a hands-on supervisor who knows their way around mainstream ecommerce platforms and can keep day-to-day trading on track. Their regular duties will revolve around inventory management, customer service and order processing.
Scope of work for you
• Draft or refine the job ads, post them on appropriate channels and actively head-hunt when necessary.
• Screen CVs, run first-round interviews, check references and present a short list I can meet.
• Assist through offer, negotiation and onboarding so that one ground staff member and one part-time manager are formally hired.
Acceptance criteria
✔️ Both positions filled with candidates who meet the stated qualifications and responsibilities.
✔️ All recruitment documentation handed over in an orderly folder (CVs, interview notes, reference checks, signed contracts).
