Recruit Tech Company HR Manager

Our tech start-up is moving from concept to rapid hiring and I need an HR manager who can take full charge of recruitment and onboarding. You will design the talent-acquisition strategy, run end-to-end hiring funnels, and create an engaging, repeatable onboarding experience that helps new engineers and product specialists hit the ground running from day one.

Proficiency with modern HR software is essential—you should already feel at home inside a cloud-based HRIS or ATS. If your background includes Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or a comparable platform, you will have exactly the toolkit I’m after for tracking applicants, generating offers, and automating onboarding tasks.

Deliverables I expect in the first weeks:
• A hiring roadmap covering critical roles for the next six months
• A streamlined, metrics-driven recruitment workflow inside the HRIS of your choice
• A structured onboarding program with checklists, orientation materials, and feedback loops
