Recruit Entry-Level Project and Research Assistants - HR expert needed
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a seasoned recruiter, based somewhere in Europe, to run a targeted campaign and deliver an entry-level (0–2 years) project specialist for market research assignments at Triple Tier Insights. The core profile we’re seeking is a fluent English speaker who can carry out market research and who is comfortable working on part-time research projects across European markets, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking communities.
Your own background should include:
• Hands-on experience hiring freelancers across Europe, ideally through the major freelancer websites, Linkedin, and social media you already trust and navigate daily.
• Solid understanding of the Arabic-speaking population in Europe so you can evaluate cultural fit when you screen candidates.
• Residency within Europe to ensure time-zone alignment and local talent insight.
Scope of work
You will design and execute the end-to-end campaign—job posting, outreach, screening, and shortlisting—using freelancer, social media and available candidate pools as your main points of recruiting.
Deliverables (per milestone)
1. Draft and publish an engaging role description tailored to entry-level researchers.
2. Long-list of qualified applicants with initial screening notes.
3. Final short-list (3–5 names) complete with CVs, portfolio links, rate expectations, and your recommendation.
4. Potential and for additional cost: Handover call to brief me on each finalist and next-step scheduling.
Payment model
We’ll agree on flat fees for each milestone above before you start; once a milestone is met, that payment is released immediately. Successful collaboration will open the door to recurring recruiting projects for future studies.
