Proposal for funding for staff team building activities - HR Professional Needed
Budget: $40 – $70 USD
I need help to prepare a presentation that i need to present to upper management to get funding for both fun and training activities for the front line staff (need mostly on the fun side to lift moral)

Step four: List the Goals and Outcomes - One of the main goals is to change the company culture of management not fully invest in frontline staff
Step Five: Specify the Time Frame - would like this to be done yearly with maybe quarterly activities, especially in the slower periods on august-sept and December.
