HR Professional for Personal UK-Based Coaching

Hi,

I am seeking an experienced UK-based (or UK market–experienced) HR professional to help me prepare for HR roles in the UK or remote positions.

I have the academic qualifications in Human Resources but currently lack hands-on work experience. I’m looking for practical guidance to bridge that gap and prepare confidently for interviews.

I would like support with:
• UK HR interview preparation (Generalist / HR Assistant / HR Officer roles)

• Recruitment and onboarding processes in the UK

• Disciplinary & grievance procedures

• How to present my qualifications without formal experience

• Has 3+ years of UK HR experience
• Has conducted HR interviews
• Can provide structured 1:1 online coaching sessions
• Can share practical, real-world insights
