Professional Interview Conductor Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a polished, well-spoken professional who can step in as the face of my company during our next round of hiring. The task is straightforward: conduct structured interviews for entry-level applicants, represent the business with confidence, and maintain a crisp, formal appearance (suit or comparable dress attire required throughout).
Here’s how I see the collaboration working:
• I’ll supply the interview schedule, job descriptions, and a bank of core questions in advance.
• You’ll review the materials, greet each candidate—either in person at our office or over a pre-arranged video call—lead the conversation, probe where necessary, and keep everything on time.
• After every session, I’ll need a concise evaluation: your impression of the candidate’s professionalism, communication style, culture fit, and any red flags you notice. A simple scorecard or short written summary is fine as long as it’s consistent.
• At the end of the day (or batch), send me a ranked shortlist so I can move the best people to the next stage.
If you have prior experience as a recruiter, HR specialist, or hiring manager, that’s ideal, but excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, authoritative presence are what matter most. Reliability is non-negotiable—the interview slots are fixed, and candidates are counting on punctual starts.
Let me know your availability for a brief kickoff call, and include any links to testimonials or work samples that show how you conduct yourself in a professional setting. I’m ready to hand over the upcoming interview block as soon as we agree on the details.
