Proactive Recruiter Needed

I'm looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. You'll play a key role in finding and attracting great talent, managing the recruitment process, and helping us build a strong, diverse team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Post job ads, source candidates online, and build talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage candidate communications and coordinate interviews.
- Keep track of applicant status and provide regular updates.
- Help improve and streamline our recruitment process.
