Platform Overview: Providing a clear overview of our platform, including expectations and resources available, via phone.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Effective Communication Skills: Crucial for explaining platform details and answering questions from new candidates.
Background in HR or Recruitment: Previous experience in these fields is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Fluent in english Required for effective and seamless communication with candidates.
Interest in Data Analytics: Familiarity with the basics of data analytics to better understand the skills candidates bring and the roles they’re applying for.
