HR Policies Development for Pharma Company

Freelance HR Expert Needed – Policy Development (Pharma Sector)

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical marketing & trading company and need an experienced freelance HR consultant to help us set up our HR policies and frameworks as we scale.

Key Tasks:

Review current HR processes & identify gaps

Develop HR policies & employee handbook (recruitment, onboarding, leave, code of conduct, performance mgmt., grievance, compliance)

Align policies with Indian labor laws & pharma industry norms

Advise on organization structure & manpower planning

Recommend talent strategies for pharma sales & marketing teams

Requirements:

5+ years HR experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals / healthcare)

Strong knowledge of Indian HR compliance & labor laws

Experience working with SMEs or startups in scale-up phase

Excellent communication & documentation skills

Engagement:

Freelance / project-based (remote, flexible timeline)
