Personal Assistant for academic

I am an academic, and I need to locate a person who works on various roles, such as organizing our publication admin, conference admin, communications (no voice calls, but rather, communiactions strategies online) and so forth. The work involves online strategies, dealing with administrative tasks such as contacting academics and publishers, and organization.

It is a very long term and dedicated role so we would need to discus this extensively.
