HR Person needed for a company with virtual team members

Hello, we are a real estate/short-term rental (vacation rental/hotel/hospitality) company located in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking to recruit someone with HR experience and a background understanding of how virtual working platform works. We use ClickUp for the operations of this business.

We are looking to work with someone for a long-time, preferably an individual who will only worry about our company and work full-time & has a bubbly/fun personality. We've had some rough experiences with a prior HR person with too serious personality and that was very difficult. The monthly payment starts from $300+, depending on your availability & experience. You MUST have experience.
