You will be responsible for:

Helping designing and optimizing the people management process
Designing and optimizing people management systems around it
Making human resource requirement plannings
Catching up with everybody, identifying needs and struggles
Designing and optimizing job descriptions
Designing interview roadmaps
Qualifying candidates by chat
Optimizing interview roadmaps
Introducing hires to management
Finding new ways how to find the best people
Generating leads
Taking assessments
Make personal development plans
Quantifying emotional state of the team members into numbers and figures
Onboarding Candidates
Monitoring candidates in emotional state
Measuring Performance
Checking time tracking and activity levels
Make training programs for the team members
Motivate the team, keeping them happy
Act as a trust person
Reward and appreciate them for their efforts
Offboard people

What do you bring?

- You have followed a technical, business or commerce education in the past. Graduated in Bachelors and Masters.
- You have at least multiple years work experience in a senior people management position.
- Ideally you are a graduate with big experience also in computer science, software engineering or data science, any related to IT.
