Part-Time Recruiter for Phone Screening
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need reliable support with our ongoing hiring for an electronics / vending-machine services company. Your main task is to telephone pre-screen applicants across the United States, work through a set list of qualifying questions, note your impressions directly into our ATS, and keep the conversation friendly, professional, and concise.
As part of your application submission, please submit a personal voice sample or a recording of an interaction that you had with a candidate.
A mid-level recruiting background is essential—I’m counting on you to recognise transferable skills quickly and push only genuinely suitable candidates forward. You’ll also monitor and answer incoming messages on Indeed so applicants feel heard and engaged throughout the process.
You must already have a stable VoIP setup that lets you dial U.S. numbers without extra cost, speak clear, neutral English, and feel comfortable navigating an ATS to log call notes, interview outcomes, and follow-up reminders.
Deliverables are straightforward:
• Daily call sheets with contact outcomes logged in the ATS
• A short written assessment for every candidate you speak with
• Prompt responses to Indeed inquiries within one business day
