I’m adding one or two remote assistants to my HR team to keep our candidate pipeline moving smoothly. Your day will revolve around advertising our openings on LinkedIn and Indeed, screening the incoming résumés, chatting with applicants, and running the first-round video interviews before you hand qualified talent over to me.
Because we target entry-level hires, most questions you’ll field are straightforward, yet they arrive at all hours—so plenty of free time and quick online response habits are essential. Strong customer-service style communication, basic recruitment know-how, and confidence navigating web tools and video platforms will set you up for success.
