Onboarding Specialist Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I operate a private dietetics business in Australia with a team of dietitians who currently work as contractors. I am now transitioning the business from a sole trader structure to a company structure and am considering transitioning these workers to employees.
I am specifically looking for a consultant who has experience working with health professionals and private healthcare practices
Ideal Consultant should have:
- Experience with Australian HR onboarding and payroll
- Experience working with small businesses and private practices in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian employee onboarding and payroll processes
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Australian superannuation and payroll obligations
- Ability to provide guidance on any key documentation or processes I need to implement
- Ability to establish simple process that I can confidently manage going forward
