As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dedicated Owner-Operator Recruiter to drive our recruiting funnel and connect top trucking professionals to our growing network.
What You’ll Do
• Source Talent: Actively recruit qualified owner-operators and small fleets using social media platforms (Facebook trucking groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Screen Candidates: Review experience, safety records, and mileage requirements to ensure only the best join our team.
• Interview & Onboard: Conduct phone/video interviews, manage paperwork, and guide drivers through our onboarding packet so they’re ready to haul without delays.
• Grow the Pipeline: Leverage our proven job ad templates, safety checklists, and orientation materials while adding your own creative strategies to boost visibility.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers, owner-operators, or small fleets.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, ELD requirements, and 1099 owner-operator agreements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with drivers online.
• A self-starter who can take ownership of results while representing Pete’s Ultimate Movers’ professional standards.

• A consistent flow of pre-qualified applicants each week.
• Detailed interview notes and recommendations for every candidate.
• Fully onboarded drivers with completed paperwork and orientation scheduled.
