Need HR TO hire candidate for our Amazon Ecommerce bussiness.
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Post on all ads site including freelancer and others.
I’m looking for an experienced HR assistant who can take over the full hiring cycle for my Amazon-based ecommerce operation. Your day-to-day work will revolve around three concrete responsibilities: screening incoming resumes, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating a smooth onboarding experience once the offer is accepted.
The immediate focus is on ecommerce specialists—particularly product listing specialists and account-management profiles who understand Seller Central. If you have ideas for widening the funnel to adjacent roles (digital marketing or customer service, for instance), I’m open to suggestions, but the priority remains those two core positions.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A consistently updated shortlist of qualified candidates, complete with quick notes on why each profile was retained or rejected.
• Scheduled interview slots placed directly on my calendar, plus concise interview summaries after each call.
• A simple onboarding pack (paperwork checklist, basic training agenda, and first-week touch-point plan) ready for every successful hire.
I work primarily in English and use Google Workspace, Trello, and Zoom, so comfort with those tools is essential. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Amazon seller communities will be a bonus.
If you can run this process efficiently, keep communication clear, and hit agreed-upon timelines, let’s get started.
