- I am looking for an Indian Registered Pvt Ltd Company to provide ongoing HR outsourcing services for recruitment, hiring, employee management and payroll management.
- In case the employee resigns, then you have to find and provide backup resource.
- You must be ready to take your payment as some percentage of monthly employee salary. No extra payments.
- My main aim is to enter into HR outsourcing service by partnering with a reputed company. Therefore, I want someone who is willing to partner with me and share some percentage of monthly employee salary with me.
- Our target will be the Govt organizations and I will help you in contacting the relavent authorities.
- You may have to give a presentation to the authorities and finalize the deal and for this work, I will pay you extra as per your efforts.
- I also want you to sign NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) after we finalize everything.
