Morocco Employment History Verification
Budget: $10 – $55 USD
I’m conducting a pre-employment screen for a candidate who has worked with up to two companies in Morocco, and I need a reliable partner on the ground to confirm the details of that employment. I will provide you with the candidate’s signed consent, the employer names, and any contact information I already have. Your role is to reach out to the HR or relevant administrative departments, verify the facts they are willing to release, and return a concise, well-documented report.
The key points I must receive from each organisation are the official start and end dates and the exact position(s) held. If the employer is willing to add anything on departure circumstances or rehire-eligibility that’s a plus, but the foundation of the job is simply to confirm that the candidate actually worked there in the stated capacity and timeframe.
Deliverables
• A short written report for each employer, clearly stating: confirmed dates, confirmed title, name and role of the person who verified the information, and any discrepancies found.
• Evidence of verification such as call notes, signed letters, or an email thread (screenshots or PDFs are fine).
• Completion within three business days of receiving the candidate file.
You’ll need strong telephone and email skills in French, Arabic, or Darija, familiarity with Moroccan labour-file etiquette, and the discretion to work within local privacy laws. If you’ve handled background screens or HR audits before, let me know; that experience will move you to the top of the list.
