We need an experienced HR professional to assist with both hiring and onboarding of mid-level positions. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven track record in recruiting mid-level professionals
- Expertise in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration
- Strong understanding of technical skills required for these roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Need to find people who have good communication skills in English, which means needing to find native people.
- Those people who you will find:
- Will work in US time zone,
- Will take an interviews and calls as a software engineer,
- If get job offer with their calls and interviews, then they can receive 20% of the job salary until the job ends.
