HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Find the right candidates for various projects
- Develop a job search strategy
- Post jobs on open-source boards
- Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
- Organize interviews
- Approve and write job offers for candidates
- Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
- Manage a candidate database
- Perform analysis and internal reporting

Requirements:
- Working with large amounts of information
- Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
- Results orientation and quality of work
- Ability to multitask and cope with high workload
- Responsibility, self-sufficiency, well-developed communication skills
- Willingness to grow in the HR field
- Interest in sales will be a plus
